Maybe I’m being stupid but I don’t get why it’s illegal. Is owning a second-hand book shop illegal in NYC? Regardless, it’s a cool video Arvin, thanks for sharing! And Zach, let me know if you find the place, I take it you’ll be looking him up in the phone book!
EDIT: Zach emailed me, it’s illegal because he doesn’t have a shop license.
